Warranty Policy:
Resistance in Rotation Corporation warrants the product will be free of material workmanship or defects for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

Excluded from warranty are:

(1) Abuse of the product. The warranty does not cover damage due to negligent or faulty use, improper storage or handling, altercation of the product, or lack of maintenance. Upon receipt of the product, Resistance in Rotation will evaluate the product for damage due to misuse.

(2) Rust – The product is shipped with a rust preventative that must be reapplied based on the environment it is kept.

(3) Plastic Components and Resistance bands are considered wear items and do not fall under the manufacturer warranty of the product.

Any specific issues regarding a Resistance in Rotation Corporation product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Resistance in Rotation Corporation may, at its option, repair or replace any defective product with new parts.

Any part determined to be defective must be returned to Resistance in Rotation to obtain warranty service. You must prepay any shipping charges, export taxes, customs duties, and taxes, or any other charges associated with the transportation of the parts or Product. In addition, you are responsible for ensuring any parts or Products are shipped or returned. You assume the risk of loss during shipment.
